THE PROPERTY FEATURES:

THE OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT & GENERAL AREA:

The house offers a beautiful tropical & indigenous garden, that inhabits a variety of our local bird life, that enjoy bathing about in the water feature. The garden lights up at night which creates a beautiful and peaceful ambience. It offers a covered outside entertainment area, so for those rainy days you can still sit outside and enjoy the fresh air, which is furnished with a outside dining table with chairs and outside lounge suite with a coffee table. The garden features a jungle gym for the kiddies, and plenty of garden space for the kiddies to run around in. It features a pool for everyone to cool down in and a built in braai for the braai lovers. It has an upper deck where you can soak up the sun, enjoy the view of the ocean and the evening stars, which is furnished with outside furniture to relax on. The house also features security beams situated outside and around the house that are linked to the alarm system.

The house features a double garage and plenty of parking space on the drive way, it is located in a quite and secure cul-de-sac, the security cameras looking onto the drive way to give you peace of mind. It also features free unlimited wifi throughout the whole house and outside area.

The house is a walk away from our 2 most famous and know beaches, Thomson's Bay And Shaka's Rock Beach. It is central to all shops and amenities. It is a walk away from our local Restaurant and Bottle Store that has a small convenience store attached to it.

LIVING & INSIDE ENTERTAINMENT AREA (OPEN PLAN):

The lounge features an air-con, a flat screen smart TV, that offers Netflix, Showmax, YouTube, Dstv & other apps. The lounge has 2 L-Shaped couches that have a day bed attached to them.

The inside entertainment area features an air-con, a pool table to add to the fun, security system for piece of mind.

The dining room opens up into the kitchen, which is a chefs dream. The dinning room features a dining room table and a side board cabinet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. It features a fridge/freezer, a bar fridge, a microwave, an eye-level oven, a glass top stove, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, dishwasher, a prep bowl in the front part of the kitchen with hot and cold water, a kitchen sink, drying rack, mop, broom, bucket, iron, ironing board, plenty of cupboard space and a fixed washing line situated outside the kitchen in the yard.

THE BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house accommodates 8 adults 2 per bedroom, 2 children (single mattresses will be supplied) & 2 infants (cots will be supplied). Children 12 & under are free.

The guest bedroom which is situated down stairs has its own private bathroom with a frame-less glass shower, a bath, hand shower, toilet and basin. The bathroom's decor is a beach theme which gives you a relaxing feeling whilst you enjoy a long and relaxing bath.

The guest room features a free-standing cupboard, a chest of drawers, a Victorian full length mirror with a stool, for the ladies to do their make up, it has a queen size bed and a 3 seater couch for those who enjoy relaxing whilst reading a book and an air-con for those warm days. The room opens out onto the garden, where you can enjoy your cup of coffee while you enjoy the bird life and the view of our tropical garden.

The main bedroom (1) is situated upstairs it features an air-con, a king size bed, a dressing table for the ladies, ample cupboard space, 2 chests of drawers on either side of the bed and an en-suite bathroom. The room opens out onto the upper deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee taking in the sea view.

The en-suite offers a frame-less glass walk in shower, which you can see the ocean from whilst you are showering, a corner bath, a hand shower, a toilet and double basin, it is a bathroom that won't disappoint you.

Bedroom 2 is situated up stairs it features a queen size bed, a dressing table for the ladies, a fan and plenty of cupboard space. The room opens out on to the upper deck, has a beautiful sea view and garden view.

Bedroom 3 is situated upstairs it features a queen size bed, a small chest of drawers, a full length mirror and a chair to relax in. The room opens out onto the upper deck, has a beautiful view of the garden and sea view.

Both rooms share the Greek style bathroom and have hooks in each bedroom to accommodate those who would prefer to keep their towels in their rooms.

The Greek style bathroom features a frame-less glass walk in shower, a built in concrete Greek style bath which has a shower head above it, the bathroom has a double shower facility, it has a hand shower, a toilet, basin and rotating cabinet.

Bedding facilities for the children: 2 single mattresses will be provided with bedding and placed in the required bedrooms or alternatively the 2 couches situated in the lounge are comfortable and equipped for sleeping on (for smaller people).

Bedding facilities for the infants and toddlers (2 and under): 1 cots all in one with which changing bed will be provided with bedding, you will be required to supply your own pillow and bath towels for baby

SERVICES THAT ARE PROVIDED:

A starter pack its provided on arrival:

1. A bag of Charcoal, a pack of fire lighters, 2 bags of ice, a dish rage, a sponge, 2 dishcloths,

dish-washing liquid, dishwasher powder or tablets, washing machine powder, 6 bin bags per week/stay, 4 toilet rolls per bathroom, 2 cakes of soap per bathroom, liquid hand soap & bubble bath.

Each bathroom will have a hand towel and a bathmat.

Each person will be supplied with a bath towel, facecloth and a beach towel.

Each bedroom will be supplied with 4 pillows, 2 blankets, a duvet and linen.

For long stayers 2 weeks or more, there will be a change over for towels and bedding once a week at no extra charge.

1. A beach umbrella (1, there will be a refundable deposit of R200 required).

2. Hair dryers (1 per room, if requested, there will be a refundable deposit of a R100 per hair dryer required).

3. Maid service for the duration of your stay, which will be at an additional cost of R350 per day. (See under policies)

4. Ice bags will be available on the premises for your convenience at an additional cost of R17 per bag.

5. Small pets are welcome on request and all pet necessities will need to be provided by the owner of the pet.

Salt Rock Bottle Store, will do deliveries to the premises for orders of R500 and more.

Baby sitting services can be arranged this will be at an additional cost.

Car hire can be arrange before or after arrival at an additional cost.
